safety and security
In affiliation with CSU, the Langston has what is called a Courtesy Officer who is available to escort residents to their buildings. Every entrance door remains locked at all times and the key fobs given to residents can only access their own particular building.
Move In/Out Difficulty
Moving in to the Langston can be moderately time consuming because there isn't a separate freight elevator. Therefore, residents are asked to remove all of their belongings from the elevator before moving them to their apartment in order to keep the elevator accessible to other residents. Having a moving dolly will come in handy because the walk is quite long. Make sure you get plenty of rest the night before move in day as because it takes a couple of hours or more to move in depending on your unit size and the amount of furniture you have. You can reference our moving cost guide for an idea of how to budget your time.
