Our customer service department is available Mon-Fri: 8am-11pm. Sat: 8am-11pm. Sun: 8am-11pm If you need to cancel your reservation, please let us know ASAP! If you have an issue on the day of your scheduled service, please let us know quickly so we can help get the situation resolved immediately.
What services do you offer?
The Hard Body Haulers Corporation provides a variety of moving services that can include disassembling and wrapping your furniture, moving your things to the new destination, and unloading and reassembling everything at the new location (local moves only).We also provide labor only moving services and general labor for your various non skilled labor needs.
What type of equipment do you provide?
The hourly minimum includes a moving truck, moving blankets, dollies, bungee cords, straps (full service only), tools for disassembling and assembling of your furniture. For more accurate information, or to request special tools, please call us at 216-202-0405
Do you service my area?
We provide full moving services (with truck) for most of the Northeast Ohio area. We provide moving labor services (no truck) for the entire state of Ohio. We provide long distance moving services (out of state) for any moving that originates or ends in Ohio.
Do you work on weekends and holidays?
Yes. We construct our schedule based on customer preferences.
Is there anything that you will not move?
There are some items that we do not move do to certain rules and regulations. Contact us before your move for specific details.
What about if the move requires more time than I requested?
If there is room is the schedule our movers will remain until the move is completed. However, additional hours must be paid in full immediately after the completion of the move.
Can I make changes to my order?
If you need to make any changes to your order please try to do so at least 48 hours before your scheduled move date so that we can properly accommodate your request.
Do you need my billing information?
That's the next step in this booking process. To place the reservation, we'll need to make sure you have valid billing info. Nothing will be charged until the day of your move. For more info about billing, check out the Billing FAQ's.
What is your cancellation policy?
If you cancel with more than 24 hours notice, there is no cancellation fee. (Otherwise there's a 1 hour charge, at the service provider's standard labor rate.) For more details, check out How It Works. For the full details, please review our General Terms of Service.
