What if I need more hours?
If you want them to stay longer than the reserved time, you can add additional hours to the order by clicking the link in your confirmation email or by calling us at 866-773-7064
I scheduled too many hours! Can I get a refund?
Unfortunately, companies do not offer refunds for unused hours? Your service provider will call you prior to the job date to discuss the details and you can ask them if the hours should be adjusted prior to your job date.
